# cc-steer freeze-eval


Freeze the gate, watcher, steer-type, and pick eval views into ~/.cc-steer/eval/.

Each view's `test.parquet` is copied under `~/.cc-steer/eval/` beside a sha256 manifest and never silently overwritten -- a changed frozen file fails loud. The steer-type and pick views are built from the traces test split and the mined decisions dataset first, then frozen through the same manifest.
