  Show the available open-PR slots for a repo, one pool per candidate kind.

Options:
  --repo TEXT          Repo key (default: the current repo)
  --kind [create|fix]  Report one kind's pool and exit 1 when it is full
                       (default: every pool; exit 1 when all are full)
  --help               Show this message and exit.
